Paisley North MSP Wendy Alexander welcomes the fact that all Renfrewshire residents will have access to a free complete eye examination by 2007.The MSP was speaking following an announcement by the Deputy Health Minister following agreement with Optometry Scotland on the standard and fee for the tests.
